March is here, bringing a fresh season and new opportunities to connect. A few community updates: The Rooftop renovation will be getting started and hopefully completed by the end of May. The office staff will volunteer on March 20th at Hopelink Foodbank to give back. As we shake off the winter chill, let’s embrace the energy of spring and the moments that make this community feel like home.

March 14 -St. Patrick's Day Party
Join us for a St. Patrick's Day get-together on 3/14 from 6-8 pm! We're putting together a jar of gold coins for you to guess the number. The lucky winner gets a gift basket with a $25 gift card. Plus, we'll have snacks and a cool green cocktail to enjoy!☘️

"I’ve lived at the Margot (previously BLU) for the past three years since moving to Washington State from Texas, and the biggest reason I stayed so long is the amazing staff. They are incredibly responsive, proactive, and genuinely care about the residents. Every request is handled quickly and efficiently. For example, when tenants found it inconvenient to take recyclables downstairs, they added recycling bins on every floor. When the package room felt insecure, they installed cameras. One time, someone made a mess in my parking spot, and they cleaned it up immediately after I notified them. Their attentiveness and willingness to listen truly set this place apart."
