July 16 - Hawaiian Tiki Night
Aloha, The Margot Residents! 🌺
Get ready to turn up the tropical vibes at our Hawaiian Tiki Night on Thursday, July 16th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We’re serving up incredible, smoky local flavors with catering from Jack’s BBQ, alongside plenty of fun, refreshing drinks. Don't forget to break out your best summer threads—the resident sporting the absolute best Hawaiian shirt or outfit will walk away with an awesome prize!

Celebrate The Big 250 at the Park!
Living at The Margot, you are just a short distance from the Eastside's grandest Independence Day tradition. Head over to Bellevue Downtown Park on Saturday, July 4th, for the annual Bellevue Family 4th celebration. The festivities kick off at 5:00 PM with an amazing lineup of food vendors, family-friendly lawn activities, and live musical performances. Find a cozy spot on the grass with a blanket and enjoy the community energy before the night reaches its peak at 10:05 PM, when a spectacular fireworks show lights up the skyline, beautifully choreographed to a live performance by the Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra.

North Coast Summer Digital Food Drive
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29th to July 29th , helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At The Margot, donations will benefit Hopelink, providing critical resources to families throughout Bellevue. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need
