"I have been living here going on 2 years now. The building just went through a re-brand and facelift. I can honestly say it has been an improvement. The rooftop deck was just completed a few months ago and it looks amazing! Just in time for spring and summer. The staff is amazing and attentive to your needs. If there's ever maintenance concerns Umar is on-top of it. Liz, the property manager is always courteous and friendly; she will greet you with a smile every time. The Margot team hosts resident events once a month and they never disappoint! Keep up the stellar work!"

Imagine cheering on the Seahawks with fellow fans while immersed in the game on the Pacific Northwest’s largest 8K LED screen – a colossal 1,750 square feet of pure, high-definition action! Mirra is pulling out all the stops for their "Big Game Watch Party," promising an electric atmosphere that’s absolutely free to join, with an after-party featuring Seahawks DJ Sam to keep the energy soaring whether our Hawks win or lose (but let's be real, they're winning!). Get ready for an unforgettable Game Day Sunday, and let's go, Seahawks!

Over 27,000 pounds of food donated. Thousands of meals provided. Families are supported across our communities.
This year’s North Coast Living annual food drive highlights what’s possible when our residents and teams come together with a shared purpose. What begins as a simple act of giving at our properties becomes real nourishment and relief for families in need. It remains one of the most meaningful and impactful initiatives we take part in each year.
We’re proud to recognize this year’s top contributors by pounds per unit:
