What They're Saying

B.
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

"The management, especially Liz, is fantastic — responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about residents. They’ve improved security, added a parking gate, and maintain the property exceptionally well. I also love that residents can switch units after six months, allowing flexibility to find the best view or layout.

The shared spaces are clean and useful: a nice lounge, a free coffee bar, a solid conference room, and safe parking. It feels like a community of respectful neighbors who value peace and quality living. The rent may be slightly higher than nearby options, but the convenience, management, and environment make it worth every penny."

Local Feature

Curtains Up, Brushes Out at Theatre33

Looking to spark your creativity this new year? Skip the usual routine and head to Theatre33 for their brand-new Paint & Sip series on January 22nd. This immersive evening invites you to master a "Winter Landscape" on canvas while enjoying snacks and a glass of wine from their curated bar. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or haven't picked up a brush since grade school, the professional instruction and intimate theater atmosphere make it the perfect sophisticated night out. It’s a wonderful way to connect with the local Bellevue arts scene and bring home a piece of original decor for your apartment at The Margot!

Live Well

Embrace the "Hygge" of the PNW

In Bellevue, "Live Well" often means finding warmth and comfort during the cooler months. This January, we're inviting you to embrace Hygge (pronounced "hoo-gah")—the Danish art of coziness, comfort, and well-being. It's about cherishing simple pleasures and creating a serene atmosphere at home.

Your January Hygge Challenge:

Create Your Sanctuary: Dim the lights, light a candle (safely!), and wrap yourself in a soft blanket with a good book or a calming playlist.

Warm Drinks & Good Company: Savor a hot cup of tea or coffee. Share a quiet moment with a loved one or enjoy the peaceful solitude.

Indoor Nature: Bring a bit of the PNW indoors with a new winter houseplant. Greenery naturally boosts mood and air quality.

Let’s transform our homes into havens of peace and warmth as we welcome the new year.
