Hey friends! Welcome to December! As the year winds down, we are wrapping up in the warmth of the holiday season and focusing on the spirit of giving. We are truly grateful for the wonderful community you help us create! To spread that cheer, we are excited to kick off our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. Please drop off your non-perishable food items at the leasing office throughout the month to support local families. Thank you for your kindness!

Don We Now Our UGLY Apparel! Come sleigh the competition at The Margot's Ugly Sweater Bash! We'll have holiday cheer, festive cocktails, and food for all the good little elves. Friday, Dec 19th, 5-7 PM.

🎄 Local Holiday Cheer in Bellevue!
Get ready to soak up the festive spirit right here in Bellevue! Old Bellevue is hosting Jingle Bellevue, a wonderful and free family event on the Saturdays of December 6th, 13th, and 20th, from 12 PM to 4 PM. Bring the little ones for memorable photos with Santa, a chance to write their letters to the North Pole, and fun cookie decorating. Plus, the city shines bright with two dazzling, long-running holiday traditions: the magical Garden d’Lights at the Bellevue Botanical Garden (November 29th – December 31st, closed Christmas Day) featuring over half a million sparkling lights, and the beloved nightly Snowflake Lane parade (November 28th – December 24th at 7 PM), which fills Bellevue Way with falling snow, festive music, drummers, and dancers.

A Season To Give 🎁
It's the most wonderful time of the year—the time for giving! We are thrilled to launch our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. This year, we invite you to donate your non-perishable food items to our beautiful, festive holiday display, located right inside the leasing office. All donations collected throughout December will be delivered to feed local families in need through Hopelink. Thank you for helping us spread cheer and kindness this season!
