Hey friends! Welcome to November! As the days get cooler, we're taking a moment to focus on what we're truly grateful for: you! Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our community. We are genuinely appreciative of every one of you.
Speaking of appreciation, we're excited to announce that the rooftop and courtyard projects are officially wrapping up! We also look forward to volunteering next month, with our team planning events at both Lifeline Foodbank and the Salvation Army.

Sweet moments shared at home 💛 Our build-your-own candy apple bar was the perfect way to kick off the holiday season! We loved seeing our residents smile and get creative with their favorite toppings. There’s nothing better than celebrating the season together at The Margot. 🍎.

"After living here for over eight months, I can confidently say this apartment has been an excellent choice. The location is unbeatable — safe, clean, and just steps from Bellevue Downtown Park, great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores like Safeway and CVS. You can easily live here without a car, and everything you need is within a 10-minute walk. The management, especially Liz, is fantastic — responsive, friendly, and genuinely cares about residents. They’ve improved security, added a parking gate, and maintain the property exceptionally well. I also love that residents can switch units after six months, allowing flexibility to find the best view or layout. The shared spaces are clean and useful: a nice lounge, a free coffee bar, a solid conference room, and safe parking. It feels like a community of respectful neighbors who value peace and quality living. The rent may be slightly higher than nearby options, but the convenience, management, and environment make it worth every penny. If there’s one area for improvement, it’s the gym — it’s clean but basic. Adding barbell equipment or updating some machines would make it truly great. Overall, this is an amazing place to live for anyone who values comfort, safety, and a great location."
