Join us on the rooftop on Thursday, September 17th from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM for an End of Summer BBQ packed with great music, fun games, and delicious food straight off the grill. Grab your neighbors, soak in the views, and let’s celebrate the end of summer together!

We are thrilled to introduce the newest addition to The Margot team—our Leasing Specialist, Alvaro Molina! If you attended our recent resident event, you might already recognize him (and his incredible musical talent) from his live performance! Beyond his passion for music, Alvaro brings a warm, welcoming nature and a bright smile that immediately makes you feel right at home. Guided by his favorite quote—"When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace"—he is dedicated to making life at The Margot a wonderful experience for everyone. Be sure to stop by the leasing office and give Alvaro a warm welcome next time you’re in the lobby!
